Halimatu Abdulazeez Rafindadi is a Co-Founder of Women Capaciity and Advocacy Initiative. She joined the organization in 2016 after working with different organizations such as Malaria Consortium, World Health Organization, Helen Kellar International.
She Co-Founded Women Capaciity and Advocacy Initiative to create a safer environment where every gender have equal access to good health and opportunity, and to make the environment safe where girls and women enjoy equal status with boys and men are able to achieve their full potential in their lives. Halimatu have a background in Monitoring and Evealuation, Gender Mainstreaming, Social Behavior Change Communication and Field Research. She is a problem solver and unserstood how to respond to the changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge, towards development of sustainable society that promote and protects the equality, social justice and Human Rights for all.
Halimatu had worked with Prestigious Federal University Dutsinma, Nigeria and has consulted various international organizations. She has over thirteen years (13) of international experience in development intervention.
